Our stay at Agence Des Residences - Appartements Prives Du 45 Croisette - Superieur was enjoyable overall. The location of the apartment was fantastic, being close to the beach and the center with all the shops and restaurants. The room facilities were good, with amenities such as a TV, fridge, microwave, hob, and iron. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our bags before check-in and after check-out. Although we encountered a few minor inconveniences, such as a small bathroom and not having cleaning supplies, these did not greatly affect our overall experience. The internet worked well, and it was nice to have a balcony.

The location of the apartment was excellent, with everything within walking distance. The apartment itself was spacious and had a lovely terrace, perfect for enjoying the warm weather. The amenities provided were also a plus, especially the air conditioning which was a lifesaver during the hot days.

The cleanliness of the apartment was not up to par, which seems to be a common issue in rental apartments in this area. there was quite a bit of noise at night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The air conditioning works like a charm, perfect for those hot summer days.
